Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy

Shipping is free when you order from Willows Finest Treasures.  Even if your order has more then one item. The shipping cost to you will always be free.  We do this so that you'll know exactly what price you will pay.  No hidden costs or fees.  You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.  (Exceptions:  NVidia Clothing & Miracle Products.  These items will be charged a separate shipping fee)

How it works

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) This time could vary due to high volume of orders or any problems/delays arising from the postal service that are outside of our control.  When we receive your order you will be sent an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.  Once your order has been processed, you will receive another notification informing you that your order has shipped, along with the approximate time to expect delivery of your order.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@willowsfinesttreasures.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping in Canada.  Delivery time 15 - 20 days

International Shipping Europe (Australia Mexico Uk Us Europe)

Other Shipping Costs

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Willows Finest Treasures is not responsible for these charges if they are applied to your shipment and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If approved, you have up to 15 days after the delivery of your item to return it, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.  We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@willowfinesttreasures.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@willowfinesttreasures.com.  See our detailed Return Policy Page here.

Procedure for lost or missing packages

There are occasions where packages are lost or go missing while they are in transit. Most of the time, there's nothing we can do about it.  But, if you feel your package is lost you can use your tracking number to locate the item or try to contact the shipping provider/delivery company, if you have that information.  You could also contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.  Most often they will be able to locate your item.  Packages returned to WFTs due to incorrect shipping information will be given a product refund.  We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or that have been tracked as delivered.
